Good morning Chris, Thanks for the feedback on the heater. We're always looking for comments to forward to the manufacturers of the goods we sell in order for them to possibly improve their product, so specific constructive criticism like that is always welcome. If you have any problems with that heater, please don't hesitate to get in touch. Kind regards, Sam Hayman

Good morning, If you'd like to email us on support@support.alertelectrical.com and let us know exactly which product from your order is faulty, we can make arrangements to get it replaced for you. Kind regards, Sam Hayman

Good morning Trevor, Thanks for your comments about the kit itself. I'll be sure to pass them on to Electronics Line, since just the other day they were asking for feedback on their products, so that'll be quite helpful. As for the PIRs, I'd like to know which models you received as I've always known the Prime kits come with the standard pet friendly PIRs. In fact, since the standard PIRs were discontinued a couple of years ago I wasn't even aware of another model other than the ELPETs, so I'm curious myself to see which model of PIR you have and see which model is listed in the manual, as well as get the problem resolved if they were supplied incorrectly. Feel free to email me directly on sam@alertelectrical.com if you want to speak further about this. Kind regards, Sam Hayman
