I phoned up for some clarification about the different funeral plans and the assistant i spoke to was very patient, friendly and helpful. He made it easy to understand what was included in each plan...
I can’t really comment as no paperwork has arrived yet. That is understandable though in today’s climate, but the person who dealt with the plan was very good.
