The trouble is, these kind of 'good' 'bad' ratings don't really cover things when problems are encountered. I couldn't exactly say it was great, as I'm still not happy with the sofa! But yes, your staff have been helpful in trying to resolve things, although it has taken a long time. One purpose of reviews is to help you to improve things, so if you ensure you provide customers with the correct info on both the website and in stores,then hopefully other customers won't experience the same problems. And other customers want to see reviews to find out more about the kind of service you're providing. I took a long time to choose my sofa and for me, it was a significant 'spend' so it was a big disappointment for me.to find myself still waiting for the problems to be resolved - I bought the sofa at Easter and it's now Christmas!.
