"Course instructor (Brendan Madden) is clearly experienced and knowledgeable on the course content and use of the machines. He was very helpful and pragmatic in the theory and practical sessions. As a novice in the use of Mobile Elevating Work Platforms I soon gained complete confidence owing to his clear and helpful guidance and instructions. I initially thought a full day's training may be more than necessary but it turned out to be just about right. A very enjoyable experience overall."
