Thank you for providing us with this feedback. We fully understand as a trustee it's imperative the contracts you enter into, including insurance policies, have all the correct information on them. Please accept our apologies as on this occasion we haven't delivered to our usual high standards. Upon review it appears that our error and an error on the part of the insurer led to several issues with your documentation. One of our Broking Team Leaders (Justin Temple) reviewed your case this morning, obtained correct documentation from your insurer and emailed this to you directly. We will review and put in place procedures to ensure this issue doesn't occur again. Should you have any further queries please contact Justin directly on 020 8651 7420. Kind regards James Hill Head of Marketing

They actually listened!!

Very good. Responsive to emails, and listened to details of requests and requirements - and ours are quite odd for a church!

Good service.

Good! Timely. Helpful advise. Had to amend an item on the form which had been discussed but otherwise sound.
