Thank you for your feedback. I am so sorry for the delay with your order and that you had to chase this up with us. Checking the system it looks like your order was dispatched a few days after it was placed so I suspect that the delays arose with our delivery service. The order was dispatched by Royal Mail; currently this is not a tracked process and can take up to 7 working days. We are working to change this so that all our deliveries are traceable so we can better understand and inform our customers if there are any delays with the service; also we are looking at improving the time it takes for deliveries to arrive. Thank you very much for your feedback and sorry to hear that you are finding that the yellow in the Brown Squares Runner shows dirt more than previous mats you've had. The paler colours do tend to show mud more but if you are also finding that the mat isn't washing as well as your other Turtle Mats than this will not help. Could you please provide a little more detail on how they are not washing as well, as the technology and method in which Turtle Mats are produced has not changed so I'm unsure whether this might be a faulty mat.
