When we receive shoes to our warehouse we then refund you and send you a refund confirmation immediately. Sometimes during busy periods it can take up to a week before we process your refund after is has been delivered to the warehouse. However, we have looked into your return and we are not showing as receiving it. Please give us a call or email us with your tracking number and we would be happy to look into this for you.

I think I should have been able to bill to my address but have the shoes delivered to person I bought them for. Other than that great service.

Thank you for your feedback. We have previously experienced levels of fraud, this is why we require the billing and delivery address to be the same at the moment, but this is definitely something we are looking into changing for the future.

Would have been excellent but the delivery took longer than normal and shoes did not arrive for first day back at school.

We have looked into this for you and can see you placed your order on the 28th and we dispatched your shoes on the 29th. However, as this was a friday and we do not deliver over weekends these should have been with you on monday (although we can see you received these on tuesday due to a delay with dpd which we are contacting them about). In future please do not hesitate to call us and we can give you an estimated time of delivery if you are after items for a specific cate. We do hope you like the shoes. Thank you for your feedback.

We are sorry for the confusion here, however we have no record of sending you a refund/ cancellation email. We sent you a dispatch email on the 28/08 in which you have a link to track your parcel. We have called dpd and they have said they have attempted delivery twice to no avail. We have asked that they re-attempt tomorrow for you and to call you if there are any further issues. Please check your tracking later this evening/ early tomorrow morning for an estimated time of delivery.
