i tried to call the company so any time before i could get through , and i think there should be option of delivery address been separate from billing some people like to order the item as gift...

We are sorry it took you so long to get through. We do our best to answer all our calls ASAP, however, we are experiencing high levels of calls due to the Christmas period. We do also recommend emailing us as we will also answer all of our emails as soon as we can. We understand your frustration with the need for billing and delivery addresses having to be the same and are looking for ways round this for the future, however we currently have this in place for fraud purposes.

Website is very user friendly. Delivery is prompt however I have noticed with recent orders that shoes are becmoing scuffed very easily, which is disappointing as these shoes aren't cheap.
