My order was lost by the shipper and Step2wo has not replaced my order or refunded my money after more than 2 weeks. Now they will not even respond to my emails. They have my $200 and I have nothing....

We are very very sorry to hear this. I have looked into this for you and our international couriers had misplaced your order, much to our disappointment. However I have been informed that the order was found and that this was delivered to you successfully. I am extremely dissatisfied - my order arrived quite late and was not correct.
I had hoped the product would have been dispatched from the warehouse slightly more prompt.

We are sorry you felt it was not as prompt as you would have liked. If the items are in our main warehouse then we can dispatch them for next working day delivery, however if the item is in our external warehouse then we may have to call the items in and this can take slightly longer. If you are after shoes for a specific date then please do not hesitate to contact us prior to ordering and we can give you an estimated date of delivery.

I appreciated shipment tracking
It was a bit disappointing to have only one Geox freebie- we have 2 kids (as you could have guessed from the sizes), and there was one Geox "watch" as a little present. One kid was not happy...
Parcel was sent out very quickly after I requested it.
