The delivery (from time of order to arrival date) took much longer than anticipated (almost 4 weeks). It would have been good to be notified.

We are sorry it took so long, however I have looked into this and can see that we tried to dispatch your order on the day your ordered it, but needed confirmation of your address. We did make numerous attempts at getting this from you and once we had your reply it was already delayed by a week. We did also have issues with our courier and your address which we are sorry for, as the address in Brunei for some unknown reason was not recognised. We do hope you like the shoes, thank you for your feedback.

A bit over in terms of packages, for shoes - really no need those extra green polystyrene block as protection.

We will pass your feedback on to our warehouse with regards to packaging, we do this because a lot of our items are expensive footwear and therefore we want them to arrive to you in the best condition they can. We hope he wasn't to disappointed, Lelli Kellys free gifts are great for girls.

Have used step2wo school shoes for my 2 boys in the past. They lasted the whole year,but the only down side is,the soles were a bit rubbed down. Hope these will last as well as the previous ones...

Would be good to see comments about size. Hopefully availability of customer's feedback about shoes can resolve this problem.

We VERY are sorry to hear you had some issues with sizing. However, we are more than happy to help with fitting advice. We usually suggest calling out Selfridges Oxford Street concession who fit the shoes daily, they will be able to give you good advice on what to buy.
