Thank you for your feedback. Because we offer free delivery over £50 we kindly ask that customers pay to return items for a refund. However, this is something we will consider for the future. We are sorry to hear the shoe did not fit how you'd like.

Poor customer service. Delivery took longer then specified. Had the wrong size in the box.
