I do apologise if we have made an error in the sizing of your ring. If you could return the ring back to us we will of course refund your return postage and we will then adjust the size of the ring using our laser, after which we will return the ring to you by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Ed

Thank you for your comments. We will look at adding some better information onto our website with regard to how to change the delivery address. Just for reference, the easiest method is to complete the checkout for your order through our website using the billing address of your credit or debit card. Then, once you receive your order confirmation email, just reply back with the amended delivery address. We will then confirm back that the delivery address has been updated. Ed

Thank you for your comments. We believe that on a like-for-like basis that we offer the best value for money as we specialise in the highest quality diamonds with excellent levels of lustre and fire. These diamonds do cost slightly more than other diamonds with apparently comparable specifications but it is an important reason why Samara James diamonds are so beautiful. Simon
