I ordered our wedding rings from Samara James and they were late in arriving due to a bank holiday weekend. When they did arrive my fiancee's ring was not what we had ordered and then had to re-order another. The customer service at Samara James were very nice and also very prompt in sending me the new ring but we were very disppointed about having to re-order it. The quality of the rings were good, just a shame about the delays.
