Hi there,
I have just emailed you, but I will respond here as well.
I am very sorry that you feel our level of service has been less than adequate. We always endeavour to provide excellent customer service to everyone.
Your refund was processed before the Christmas break, however as we were closed for Christmas until yesterday (Jan 4th) the paperwork has not yet been raised, so I would recommend looking out for the refund showing in your paypal account over the next few working days.
We are also hopefully in the process of refunding your carriage money, as outlined in the email I just sent you, should we receive from you a receipt of what as paid as I have asked.
I am also sorry that the goods you received were not fit for what you wanted; this can happen as pictures on the internet never give a true representation of colour of the actual goods. This is why we allow a no-quibble returns policy period of 14 days, as outlined in our returns policy.
Apologies again for the inconvenience caused, we do not wish to avoid any of our customers and a good level of service is what we aim to provide, as evidenced by the other reviews on here.
