Thank you for your feedback. We do hope you've managed to catch some of those pesky pests. We do find with bait boxes that it can take a little while for the pests to enter them, due to the new smell as well as the human scent that's left on the box when its placed. We would suggest removing the scent with either natural products, such as rubbing it with mud or grass, or using products that are designed for the purpose of getting rid of human scent on traps.

It does take a little time for the pests to feel comfortable entering any traps, as it's something new that they've never seen before. Thank you for your feedback, we do hope this has now helped with the rat problem.
