Prior to this order, i was exceptionally happy with their low prices and high standard of services. Following the debacle surrounding this most recent order (ref no:- W12140224) i have completely changed my opinion. I had made a number of purchases as my fiancee is going for a girls holiday and i was treating her to a few items for her break. I had ordered a Firetrao Womesns Asterope Hat, from the website as part of the order and had received confirmation of this from M&M on 7th June 2010. I received the remaining items by post on 13th June 2010, however the hat was not enclosed. I continued to wait, hoping that M&M would maintain their previously high standards and forward the hat separately. The hat did not arrive. it is now the day before the holiday and i have telephoned M&M's customer services dept to find out where the hat is, only to be told by someone called Sue that the money had been refunded as the item was now out of stock. I said that this was not acceptable and Sue simply replied "I will have to speak to management about this because a lot of people have rung up saying they haven't been notified of the refund". With the greatest of respect to Sue, this is not a satisfactory reason and i feel very let down by M&M for initially failing to provide the item that i had ordered, and secondly for the low quality of after sales care. I will therefore fill out the remaining questions on this form relating solely to this order and not to the previous orders, with which i was very happy. I would hope that this matter can be addressed and i would like to continue using M&M as opposed to its conpetitors such as Get The Label, however i would point out that Get the Label match M&M on price and the level of service is substantially higher than that being shown by M&M at present. I would hope that this matter can be addressed and i would be obliged to receive some sort of a response within the next 14 days to avoid the need to refer this matter to a higher authority

Good products and excellent value and service. Only minor issue is that perhaps returns should be free.

I was extreamly disappointed that I never recived the above order. I noticed it on deal of the day and was delighted when my order was confimed however it never came in the post and when I checked my account days later I noticed there was a refund for the price of the trainers. I was disappointed that no one contacted me to advise what was happening. Everything else was great and I was happy with.
