Your staff was poorly trained and could not even own up to their error
I made the payment with the correct link on the correct date, but only after 4 or 5 emails your staff decided it was worth checking, up until that point they assumed it was my error and were not even able to recognize the name of your company on the bank statement I sent, to my dismay the send me the worse customer service line I ever read...."sorry if you felt we should have spent more time on your account" well had you been trained properly this would have never happened, have the decency to apologise for the misunderstanding and close with a good friendly note. Do not blame the customer for your lack of acumen and training. Check your facts before! and please do not reply. As I said great facilities, poorly trained, patronising and rude staff.
