The service I received from Damien was outstanding. He made sure we were kept up to date with each step of the process. There was contact through phone text and email with all excellent communication.

Disappointing customer service.
Local agent was keen to get the process rolling to get the loan approved for her commision, Afterwards her customer service is terrible. I tried to contact her several time to arrange to consolidate...
