Good price on stock but poor customer service and very slow dispatch
Had to wait 3 weeks for lamps to be delivered.
Main hire desk person was rude on the phone and in emails.
The packaging was full...

So sorry this order didn't work out as we both would expect it to. The 7002Y lamp we have never been asked for before and we were let down by our supplier. We sent out the order less the 7002Y lamps which then took 3 weeks to arrive with us. Do contact me about the rudeness you experienced so we can get to the bottom of this.

Product ordered was not required,Evan sorted out the refund transaction immediately.I have purchased items in the past and found the service excellent.
Staff were very helpful, knowledgeable of the product and communicative. They were also very flexible.

Sorry to hear the bottle broke before being smashed on the actors head! The sugar glass bottles are extremely fragile and the fact they arrived in one piece suggests the actor was a little too forceful with the backward swing! We hope this didn't effect the performance to much.
