I had to go to the post office and pay extra to collect the package when it was sent as apparently postage hadn't been paid, so couldn't be delivered, so not too happy about that.

Really sorry about this. Postage is always paid on items sent out so you will be reimbursed and compensated immediately. Glad you liked the case. We will be contacting you shortly to remedy this yo your satisfaction.

Please accept my apologies for this experience. Photos should come out on products almost as clearly as they are digitally so we will investigate immediately. All of our case products fit perfectly so your experience is not normal and whilst it may have got damaged in transit this is not acceptable.
