A good service let down by organisation and a poorly designed website.
Although my issue with my SIPP was resolved satisfactorily (had it not been I would have given one star) the process of achieving this was tortuous and convoluted. I first attempted to interact with...

Website has improved but there is room for further improvement.
Website has improved a lot over the past few years, but the portfolio view only shows capital returns and doesn't show returns from dividends. Also, shares on foreign exchanges don't always come up...

Very pleased with the platform. My only gripe is the cost. It is much cheaper than Hargreaves Lansdown, but not as cost effective as some of the other alternatives that are available.
