The customer originally bought a large number of bare-root fruit bushes and canes at £1.50 each - a significantly reduced end-of-season price. We were later informed that some of these had failed - around £25 worth. Whilst regrettable, this is not unheard of right at the end of the season, as it is hard to tell whether these bare-root plants have "gone over" at the nursery. The low-value bare-root bushes were no longer in stock at this point, so as per our T&Cs, we offered to replace the failed plants with some others of equivalent value. Regrettably there was a miscommunication at our end and my colleague initially sent only £13 worth of plants - 2 well-established potted fruit bushes which were also heavily discounted and originally sold for £12.99 each. When informed of this by the customer, we asked the customer to choose some additional items to the value of £15. We dispatched the requested items shortly afterwards. Will YouGarden Ltd

Some of the customer's plants from a previous order did not thrive, so we were happy to replace them. The items originally ordered were out of stock at the time, so we were happy to replace with alternative products as per our T&Cs. This product was one of those, sent at the customers request.
