Here at The Post Office Shop, we strive to deliver the highest levels of Customer Experience possible and the condition in which you received your paper is unacceptable. in light of this, I am going to have a replacement ream of paper sent to you free of charge.
With regards to the ream of paper you haven't received, it appears that our courier was unable to deliver the item and it was returned to us; as a result of this the item value was refunded to you on 28.10.2013.

Here at The Post Office Shop, we take our Customer Experience seriously and receiving damaged items is not acceptable.
