Was asked to submit my package 3 times and still didn't get a booking, then…
Was asked to submit my package 3 times and still didn't get a booking, then had money held from my credit card with no booking. Took many calls and many hours on the phone to get my money released....

Couldn't use my voucher on the mobile site, then it wouldn't validate on a PC so I had to ring the call centre - who charged my credit card and told maid get a refund on the voucher amount in 8-10...
