Thank you for your feedback and for your time on the telephone earlier today.
As we discussed, this was a much more complex transaction than most where multiple buyers & sellers formed something similar to chain in a house sale. This was over simplified by our consultant which gave the incorrect impression that the transaction was a 'straight swap’ between two parties wishing to own different times of year at your resort. We fully agree that this should have been more accurately explained to you from the outset, which regrettably it was not.
Despite this, from looking into your transaction we can see that all parties received exactly what they wanted and what had been promised. Indeed, had the consultant better explained to you the efforts we were going to in order to match buyer and sellers we are confident that your feedback would have been extremely positive. Again, we must apologise this was not the case.
