Thank you for the great feedback! We are currently working with our pond liner manufacturer to work on ways to make the liner easier to install. Hopefully, we can devise a way to make this easier without using a welded liner. Thank you for sending the picture. You did a great job with the build process.

Hi Gregory, Thank you for the feedback. We are sorry to hear about the problem you have had with the delivery. As we ship our goods from the UK to the EU, there can be delays in the postal service due to customs. Our admin team will be working on getting this part to you, but once the item is in the postal service, we are unable to intervene with customs, so this can cause delays.
