Thanks you for your review, and it's always a pleasure to welcome back our regular customers! We don't advertise The Maple Tree Apartments as having washing/drying facilities, but we accept in the Lakes this can be a must in bad weather. Therefore we take on board your comments and are looking to implement this in the very near future.
We stayed in April. Told them what I thought of the cottage at the time. Nothing has changed re cottage or advert. No follow up except this email. Electrical goods from last century- hoover didn’t...

Thank you for taking the time to respond to our feedback request. We have just introduced Feefo to our guests - for this purpose so we can address issues. Since your direct feedback to the office staff, we have replaced electrical goods, and been in touch with the owners. You can appreciate it is very busy for us as this time of year, and not easy to schedule decorative works, with back to back bookings. This is something we look to address in the quieter winter months. Regarding parking for the property we advertise this on the website as 'There is on street parking to the front of the property, and further parking available locally'.
