Disappointed, I’ve been charged £31 for no reason. All I did was buy a coin for £3 and now the Heritage Foundation has taken £31. It’s disgraceful

We always aim to make customers aware when an introductory offer forms part of an ongoing collection. Information about the collection, future deliveries, and associated costs is provided on the product page, during the checkout process, and in the order confirmation email. Customers can cancel their collection at any time by contacting us or through their online account. If you received an item that you did not wish to keep, all deliveries are covered by our 30-day free returns guarantee, allowing items to be returned for a full refund.
However, I must add I'm not aware of a "Heritage Foundation," and this may be a different charge on your bank account not linked to your order with us, The Westminster Collection.
