Hvordan samles Feefo-anmeldelsene inn?

Ring again if you don't get through first time

A very helpful and knowledgeable person handled our call, queries and booking. (Strangely, we rang the day before but got no reply, hence the 4 stars rather than 5).

I was dealt with very efficiently and was able to book my tour. I do feel however that the agent could have been a little friendlier.
