Wellford Medical Clinics-anmeldelser

Nothing that was discussed was written in my medical records letter nothing correct what we discussed. The guidelines wernt followed. Wrote the information back to front then , sent same mistakes in the next letter I was sent. The third letter gad been told again it would be changed from new dicter I ve been referred to who the manager told me he will take out what u dnt want in it. Next day talking to new docter he knew nothing of a changed letter he said was just there to prescribe. He sent a letter anyway the information finally correct but it wasn't a replacment for the 1st couple of letters , like I had been told was happening. Being told false info and written false info, not great the false letters would still exist in my medical records this false information, had to just ask my own docter who has the letter to add notes to it to say it was false. Saying I was on video cam when I was not didnt feel good. Its caused me alot of stress. Nearly just gave up with it all n come off the canibis because of how this affected me. My docter has put notes on the system to say this wasn't true. Thanks for the being able to leave a reveiw comment .

Definitely not factual clinical summery in any way . Didn't follow regulatory guidelines ..
