Hidden details of the deal, not cool.
There is a need to be more specific and clear on the deals. I got lot of surprises such as choice of flight company, extra hotel taxes, changes in the initial deal of spa treatments to breakfast, etc

Worked out expensive for the trip and I would not use again.
I did not think it was value for money with all the extras ie hand luggage on Ryanair. Transfers to and from the hotel from the airport were expensive even though I prebooked also on the Berlin trip...
