Regarding the Premium increase, the Premium is set by the Underwriter and they take various factors into account when setting the Premium for the next Policy period, your previous claim would have been taken into account. Very friendly and easy to use application process for a claim, which they paid out in full when my dog required treatment. Highly recommend them!

Freindly efficient staff
Excellent telephone service from real human beings with common sense and good humour. They are nothing like call centre staff at VetsMediCover.. A claim for our injured cat I made a few years ago...
