Hi Lorraine, you could have returned the paper to the store no problem but the refund would have been done online rather than at till point as it is 2 separate systems. We're so sorry for the inconvenience caused. The Untouchables Team

I phoned your store in Glasgow and the information I was given was that I could not return it to the store as it had been purchased online and I had to email returns department within 14 days and return the item to them.

Unfortunately this was completely outwith our control as Harlequin hadn't notified us that they had made the decision to discontinue this product and had no stock left.
