The apartment was very clean and in a great location. The check-in and out process was efficient.

Check in and check out went very smoothly. The house was in a great location and spotless with the perfect amount of amenities. The photos and description was exactly as it was displayed in the ad....

The service from the UndertheDoormat team was excellent. They met me promptly, showed the flat well, answered all of my questions and helped with early checkout. The only reason I didn't rate 5...

They were quick and easy to communicate with. They made the entire experience enjoyable and would definitely use them again! I definitely trust them and would reccomend them for sure
