Trafalgar-anmeldelser

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your recent Trafalgar tour. We are sorry to read that this was your least favourite experience with us and that the tour did not meet the standards you have come to expect from Trafalgar. We understand that travelling in a group of 52 guests may have affected your overall experience, particularly if you felt that individual needs and requests were not given sufficient attention. We are especially concerned by your comments regarding the Travel Director's attitude and the way requests were handled. Every guest should feel listened to, respected and supported throughout their journey, regardless of their mobility or individual requirements. We sincerely regret that some guests were made to feel dismissed or uncomfortable due to the way they were treated. Your feedback regarding the Travel Director's conduct and the overall management of the group will be shared with the relevant teams for review and consideration. Thank you again for bringing these concerns to our attention. We regret that this tour left you with such a disappointing impression and appreciate the opportunity to understand where your experience fell short of expectations.
