Trafalgar-anmeldelser

Thank you for being our guest and travelling with Trafalgar.

Thank you for choosing Trafalgar for your travel experience.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback with us. We are sorry to read that your Colours of Sicily experience fell short of your expectations and that your interactions with our customer service team left you feeling that your concerns were not properly acknowledged. We understand your disappointment regarding the hotel locations, limited opportunities to explore independently, the balance between included activities and Optional Experiences, and the additional costs associated with the trip. We also appreciate your concerns about the use of the onboard toilet and the long periods of coach travel, particularly in the hot weather. We recognise that these factors can significantly affect the comfort and enjoyment of a holiday. We are equally sorry that the disruption caused by Mount Etna's volcanic activity left you feeling that you received insufficient communication and support. While such events are beyond our control, we understand the importance of clear guidance and assistance when travel arrangements are disrupted. We appreciate your positive comments about the Travel Director and regret that the overall experience did not reflect the standards you expected from Trafalgar. Your feedback regarding the itinerary, accommodation information, Optional Experiences and customer service will be shared with the relevant teams for review and consideration. Thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention. We regret that this experience has affected your confidence in Trafalgar and appreciate the opportunity to understand the aspects of your journey that fell short of expectations.
