As regards to the weekend fee you have paid for, our suppliers at the venue for the experience you have booked commonly charge a fee as they have to do this to offset their costs from the venue owners for running at weekends, which are typically busier. Regarding the Damage Waiver, this is offered to all customers so as to give peace of mind that, in the unlikely event of the vehicle(s) sustaining any damage on the day, you would not be liable for its costs of repairs. With regards to waiting times on the day, most events hosted at our venues will also feature multiple experience providers. That is to say, other members of the public will be involved. Open day events may therefore experience schedule conflicts with others, but our suppliers at the venue will do their best to account for this and minimise delays where they reasonably can. Regarding the pricing of add ons to experiences through our website, and pricing of extras on the day, these are set and controlled by the supplier of the experience at the venue when we enter into contract with them, and extras sold on the day at the venue are an additional income stream for them independent of the experience that is sold through our website as the acting agency. Regarding organisation on briefings, they have informed us that customers are not called by name for this. You are instead advised on the area to wait for the brief and the briefer does a couple of general shout outs for anyone waiting for the XXXX briefing. They have consulted with the event teams from the day you attended, and confirmed that no-one else from your session had missed the briefing, and the person who called them out does speak in a loud voice. Regarding the attitudes of staff on the desk, they have advised that they would be interested to know which desk it was, as our point of contact was on one of these. As these are understandably busy on the day, it may be that they were unable to answer a query that was better answered by the sign-in team. Thank you again for your feedback. Regarding the length of this experience, the same supplier at the venue does also offer a Double Supercar Thrill version of this package which gives 6 miles driving time in each car as opposed to 3 miles in the Drive package you received. Good morning, we are just getting in touch regarding your feedback you left us last week on the Double Supercar Drive for Two experience you booked at Castle Combe you booked with Trackdays. Thank you for your patience whilst we spoke to the supplier at the venue regarding the issues you encountered with your instructor in the Ferrari California. They have subsequently come back to us and informed us that this particular instructor is no longer employed by them going forward, owing to numerous issues flagged with his service. They have also passed on their apologies for any ill feeling caused.
