Sorry you have not received your robe yet. I have tracked the parcel and can see it has been sorted by the DPD depot in Athlone, but has not has any further updates since the 10th April. I will contact DPD to get an update for you, and if they have lost the parcel we will send out a replacement as soon as possible. I understand this is frustrating and I will try to resolve this as quickly as I can for you.
