Avoid at all costs
When you place an order they do not provide an invoice, they do not email, post or include an invoice with the delivery. There is not confirmation of the order or contact from the company. Products...

We apologize for the service you have received and the problems with the items. As discussed on the phone today a collection has been organised and once we receive these items we will issue a refund. We are sorry to hear that you couldn't get in touch with us, during November we were having issues with our phone and had to use a temporary number. Once again we apologize for the inconvenience and trouble this has caused.

When I opened the pakaging around the worktops there was large gouge in one of them. It was only by good luck that there was enough worktop to cut it out,not impressed!

Thank you for walking me through the situation over the phone, we are sorry to hear this happened. We would normally advise the customer to get in touch with us immediately upon finding any damage so we can organise a replacement. From our discussion, this was not required as the worktop was getting cut down.

We have been having a problem on our end with the telephones which has been resolved. In regards to the photos, you send of the damage may I ask how you send them? Once we have viewed the images a member of the sales team will contact you.
