Great Service
As we run a training centre, the car par is full by 08:30. TJ waste arrived at 08:00 as requested for drop off and pick up. Great service! Would definitely use them again.

I have reviewed call recordings to ascertain what may have caused this inconvenience. On Friday 2nd October, you kindly gave us notice to change your pre-agreed collection date from Tuesday 6th Oct, to Monday 5th Oct.
Unfortunately, the member of staff you spoke to failed to amend the booking - I would like to assure you the request was not ignored, rather, a result of human error - for this we are very sorry, this is not representative of the level of service we strive to provide. The staff member involved has been made aware of their error.

Thank you. I actually phoned at the end of the day the skip was delivered to say it was ready for collection too but nothing happened there. The second call I was informed it would be collected on the Monday then no one came so I called and was told it would be collected at 8am Tuesday but they didn't turn up until the afternoon which caused problems with a different delivery I had that afternoon. Appreciate the apology through. Thanks

I'm afraid I was unable to locate the call records you are referring to, this would be the case if calling from a number different to the one provided on your booking. Regardless, the service you received was not up to our usual standards. Your comment will be forwarded to the member of staff involved, to fully understand the implications of their error.

Very helpful,friendly and understanding driver.
