I wanted to hold on to the skip for few more days but it was removed without informing me. In fact same morning i wanted to throw some more soil! Is this good service?

Our records show that the collection of your skip was booked on at the time of your order, exactly two weeks from the delivery date.
I apologise if this has caused any inconvenience. To help prevent this type of situation occurring, we are now capable of sending automated email notifications for deliveries and collections, acting as a reminder for what has been booked.
I will gladly discuss any remaining waste disposal requirements with you if required.

Easy to book with friendly staff. Prices were good. If I had one criticism it would be the lack in communication of accurate drop off and pick up times. Would definitely use them again though.
