Color rendition on screen is tricky business - no matter how much we work with images (and we work a lot with images) it's perfectly possible that how you see them on your screen differs (different color settings, light settings, color profile, saturation etc). This is something that seems to be very difficult to get around altogether for web shops. In some cases the images are indeed bad, and need re-making, but we've actually never had any complaints about the images of the two products mentioned by you. I assure you we always do our very best, and most of our customers are more than pleased with both products and service – we have a 4,7/5 feedback rate across our 9 countries' markets –and we put a lot of effort into color rendition. Accusing us for false representation seems a bit harsh. We would gain absolutely nothing by deliberately trying to deceive our customers, rather the contrary.
