Theatre Tickets Direct-anmeldelser

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately show cancellations are out of our control and were enforced by the government 's policies. We do apologise if your booking was not dealt with quickly enough. We had thousands of bookings to go through and worked as efficiently as possible considering the circumstances.

Thank you for your feedback. Would you mind elaborating? The booking your feedback refers to was for 42nd Street for 31st Oct 2018. The booking was made online and went through fine, so we would like to improve on whatever possibly was not satisfactory during that time, almost 2.5 years ago.
