Hvordan samles Feefo-anmeldelsene inn?

Why no tickets now!

I expected to receive my tickets, but I have none. I would not have booked in this way for the promise of tickets at a later date. I should have been warned. I wonder if I've been scammed.

Thanks for your feedback. Due to coronavirus outbreak some theatres have a policy now to send tickets and check in information only 48 hours before the show. This is to ensure safety of all attendees and tickets will be despatched after you confirm you do not have any coronavirus symptoms before the performance.
