In response to your one-star review, we'd like to directly address your expressed dissatisfaction. You've described our theatre gift voucher as "Useful but not perfect," and while we value your feedback, we're left perplexed by the severity of your rating given the nature of your comments. Your observations about gift design selection and notification timing have been noted, but they don't seem to justify such a harsh rating. Your review appears to serve as an outlet for frustration rather than offering constructive feedback. We respect your right to express your views, but we urge you to reconsider whether this one-star rating truly reflects your overall experience. Thank you for sharing your thoughts, and we hope you find a service more aligned with your expectations.
