Theatre Tickets Direct-anmeldelser

As a ticket agent, we are bound by the terms and conditions set by the theatres and event organisers, which include a no refunds policy for standard ticket purchases. It's important to clarify that the presence of TicketPlan does not guarantee an automatic refund. This insurance is designed to cover specific circumstances, and refunds are typically granted under defined conditions, which are clearly listed on Ticketplan terms and conditions. In your case, it appears that you did not qualify for a refund, which suggests that the circumstances did not meet the criteria for a genuine reason for a refund. We encourage all customers to carefully read and understand the terms they agree to when checking out. It's important to be aware of the refund policy associated with your ticket purchase.
