Hvordan samles Feefo-anmeldelsene inn?

Amazing attention to detail

We had a detailed trip to Egypt. Every single thing worked - the guides, the cars, the bookings, absolutely everything as planned. So helpful when we were planning the trip too.

our 1st hotel and last hotel were excellent. however, The Amangalla in Galle was hard work for me because of the lack of handrails. I did get lots of help up and down stairs from the staff.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are so pleased you had a wonderful time, but are very sorry to hear about the disappointment with the Al Bustan which we will follow up with both the hotel and our local partners. Many thanks for travelling with us again, and we hope to be able to plan another Ultimate holiday for you soon. With kind regards, Rowan Paterson Executive Director
