I am sorry to hear that our service with regard to your forthcoming trip to Vietnam was not quite up to the standard you have become accustomed to as a regular Ultimate traveller. The consultant who is looking after you does know the country well, but I will admit that he is overdue a visit and we plan to redress next year.
