Thank you so much for your feedback regarding our Dulwich Holiday Camp. We're sorry to hear that you found your experiences with us disappointing. We can see that you received and opened both our "Essential Info" plus our "6pm Newsletters". The latter of which has the opportunity to let us know how your child is getting on with us. We would have loved to have known that you felt dissapointed so we could have taken action and resolved any issues you had. Having spoken to the team, during each morning your daughter had ukulele lessons with our teacher Dom who has taught for us for several years alongside other popular music centres in London. Dom has mentioned that your daughter was really happy in the lessons and learnt the following: - how to play the C chord - A Sailor Went to Sea - The Big Ship Sails - Now Lets All Play and Flick That Flea - Row Row Row Your Boat Each afternoon your child took part in a variety of carefully-created workshops including: - Dragon Drummers - Bowie's Mood Melodies - Swiftie Friendship Bands - Musical Obstacle Course - Superstar Sing-Along - Egg Carton Critters Unfortunately, we do not agree that our level of childcare is "rudimentary". The team on site last week were incredibly experienced and passionate practioners. Durcila our Manager holds a degree in "Early Childhood studies" and all in all the team include over 20 years of experience working with children. Whatsmore all attend our Pre-Holiday Camp Training and are passionate about offering only the best in childcare and music. We wish you all the best and would welcome your daughter back anytime. Thank you so much for your feedback regarding our Hamsptead Holiday Camp. We're sorry to hear that you found our Holiday Camp - wc 29th July poorly executed. As your daughter was with us for 5 days, we would have loved to have known of any concerns so we could have rectified the situation for you immediately. Having spoken to the team, your child seemed very happy at our Holiday Camp, calm and enjoyed spending time with her friend *Personal information removed by Feefo*. In response to your feedback: - There were not too many kids. Unlike other providers, we have a limit on how many children we accept onto our Holiday Camps. - Our ratio is 1 trained adult to 8 children. Your child's key person last week was Holiday Camp Assistant Sisi who has a Masters degree in childcare and also has recently qualified as a SENCO. - All children due to having a key person, whether 4 or 11, receive a key person who ensures they have a great time with us plus feels safe and happy. You received a Daily Diary from us every evening which has a lovely commentary on how your child got on with us. - In regards to our popular workshop "Swiftie Bracelets" we have had a chat with the Holiday Camp Manager Lindsay who mentioned that all children completed the whole workshop and there were an abundance of resources available to be used. This has been confirmed by two members of staff. If you could email us where you heard that the activity was minimised so we can look into this for you?
