Everything fine. Except. The delivery postcode was NOT given correctly to the delivery department. Good job the driver phoned ahead to confirm the time slot.

I'm sorry to hear that! The order is sent out automatically to the delivery company via our order system so the details sent are exactly what the customer inputs - i can only assume an error was made down the chain somewhere!

Disappointed with mattress and delivery
My experience with sleep station was fine. Reason for 3 star is delivery took place at 6:30am which is unreasonable time snd the mattress itself is not soft tension described; which is a problem with...

I'm sorry about the early delivery - the delivery company will always book in the time prior to arrival and they do start delivering early; while this early time can work very well for some people it may well be inconvenient for others, but if a time slot is unsuitable it can be refused.
As for the mattress - this is designated as a 'soft tension' but please be aware that:
1) The mattress will take a little time to acclimatize to the room it is in as well as for the filaments to settle (regular turning and rotating is needed to help this) the mattress will soften in a fairly short order.
2) If you have been sleeping on the same mattress for a number of years it will take time for you to adjust to the new mattress and after an amount of time mattresses generally soften so even a new 'soft' mattress will feel 'harder' than an older mattress.

I take on board the feedback that the mattress will soften over time. The mattress was delivered within the time frame and is excellent quality. Lovely customer service representative too

I have upgraded my experience to 4.5 stars and would recommend to others despite the unfortunate delivery time which is not their fault

quick delivery
quicker delivery and given date before hand. the quolity is ok. strong build but paint work could be cleaner finish
